Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are based on FEDEX, UPS ground or USPS Priority rates.
Actual shipping costs to be calculated at order checkout.
Most orders placed on our web site by 4:00 PM Western Time on weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. With 95% of the items we sell on hand, we're ready to ship most gear when you order!
If your order is being shipped to any of the 48 U.S. states, we'll ship it for delivery in 1-5 business days. (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.)
Payment Method
We accept the following major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
Please provide the billing address and telephone number, exactly as the credit card bank has it on record.
Back Orders
We will notify you by means of email or phone if the merchandise you have ordered is not currently in stock at the time of the order. We will then supply you with a time frame in which you will receive your order. You then have the option to wait the few extra days for your merchandise or cancel the order if it is inconvenient for you. We are usually able to fill every order on time, but on the rare occasions when we do not have the order in stock we will notify you as mentioned above. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
WARRANTY
Unopened items may be returned for a refund up to 60 days from the purchase date. Opened items must be returned within 30 days for products purchased at the retail store and 45 days for products that were shipped to the customer.
The warranty covers one set of cartridges only. A set is one black and one color cartridge per printer model. If you purchase more than one set, please try only one to make sure you are satisfied before opening the others. Only unopened additional cartridges may be returned for store credit or replacement. If the item is defective, we will replace said item within one year of the original purchase date.
OEM Returns
Customers who have purchased the Original Equipment Manufacturer products from InkSOS.com will need to contact the manufacturer for refund or replacement procedures. These manufacturers currently do not honor returns from vendors.
All other OEM products are backed by a 30-day money-back / replacement guarantee. After 30 days, all customers who have purchased original equipment manufacturer cartridges (OEM) from InkSOS.com must contact the specific manufacturer (for example Hewlett Packard) to obtain return merchandise authorization and procedures.
